Well after reacting to Lowmans statement of buying two pillows for $25. I've just recently gone out and spent $40 on one. Decided to go with the mid range snore reduction pillow rather than blow $70 on the top of the line model. As most of you are probably aware at least those of you who have slept in the same house, flat or room I snore like a demon. I was pleasantly suprised to discover that its due to me not breathing properly when I'm sleeping as the pillow appears to work just fine to stop me snoring. Another advantage is that now I'm breathing properly at night my sleep requirment has gone from 9-10 hours down to 7-8 sweet :)

Mental note, must replace mattress. My expensive pillows have lasted the distance (I love down pillows!) but the mattress spent too long in storage and has suffered for it.
Capt. Snooze is having a sale eh? Hmm, or is it the
Natural Bedding store I go to? Hmm, decisions. No wonder I'm still on my old mattress...

Or you could go with an example provided by a chiropractor he just goes out every twelve months and buys a piece of foam rubber cut to size double, queen, king etc. End of the year out goes the matress and he buys another one
