Performance review week before last went well etc etc

Most interesting thing to come out of it though was due to the fact that we've just had a "reshuffle" my career path is going too pretty much stall for the next year or two.

Suffice to say I'm not terribly pleased by this development which lead my boss to ask was I looking to come back to Tamworth, I replied yes I was, he then asked had I set a timeline for this I said yes I was looking at xmas this year to which he replied thats fine we can work toward that.

However gentle readers fret not I'm still looking for other opportunities at home but its nice to have a plan A while I go off and search for a B
